Breast Imaging Fellowship

The Department of Radiology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, in conjunction with Northwestern Memorial Hospital, offers seven one-year fellowship positions in breast imaging at the Lynn Sage Comprehensive Breast Center (LSCBC). Fellows will receive training in mammography, breast ultrasound, breast magnetic resonance imaging and all image-guided interventional techniques. Attendance at weekly multidisciplinary breast conferences and radiology pathology concordance conferences provide a comprehensive clinical perspective on breast cancer care. Training is also enriched by a formal didactic lecture series, M&M conference and Journal Club. Rotations in breast pathology, breast surgery, radiation oncology and medical oncology will be provided to ensure that the fellows gain experience in these closely related specialties, with rotations tailored to the individual’s interests.
