The Interventional Radiology Residency-Integrated program at Northwestern is fully accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME).
Residents may enter the program after completing medical school (MD/DO) from an accredited US or Canadian college and one post-graduate year of clinical training in an ACGME or RCPSC surgery program.
The Department of Radiology participates in the National Residency Matching Program. The National Residency Matching Program (NRMP) code is 2247416A0. Applications for residency are only accepted through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS).
Following initial evaluation of the applications by our review committee, individuals are offered formal interviews. Interviews are by appointment only and are conducted in November, December, and January. Read about the Interview Day at Feinberg.
This year the IR residency program will participate in two matches. There are 2 PGY 2 positions available for both the 2017-2018 and 2018-2019 academic years.
