SAWI Member and Returning Attendee Discount!
Members of the Society for the Advancement of Women’s Imaging (SAWI) and attendees of the 2006, 2007 or 2008 CIBC/SAWI Course can deduct $100 from their course registration fee. Sorry, no discount on the daily fee. For details of registration fee, please see registration form.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
The registration fee less a $50 administrative handling fee is refundable if a written request is received on or before August 30, 2009. No refunds will be granted after August 30, 2009, however you may transfer your registration to a colleague.
Accommodations
The Westin Michigan Avenue, located at 909 N. Michigan Avenue, is on the Magnificent Mile across from Bloomingdale’s and the shops at Water Tower Place. A limited number of rooms will be held through September 9, 2009, for the symposium rate of $229 plus tax per night. Contact the hotel directly at (312) 943-7200 to reserve your room. Ground Transportation
Chicago is served by two airports. O’Hare and Midway. Taxicabs are available at an estimated cost of $45-50 to or from O’Hare and $30-35 to or from Midway. In addition, there is an Airport Express shuttle that runs directly to the Westin Michigan Avenue from both airports. Arrangements for the shuttle can be made in the baggage claim areas at either airport or in advance at airportexpress.com. From O’Hare, the one-way rate is $27 and $49 round trip. From Midway, the one-way rate is $22 and $39 round trip.
